🙋♀️ How can I start using SuperTeacher?
You can start by signing up for free here.
Pick a 14-day free trial on our Starter or Growth plan and see which one works best for your business needs.
SuperTeacher Starter plan is best suitable for educators who work in 1:1 online edu environment.
In addition to that, our Growth plan lets you create group sessions, webinar events, self-paced courses, digital products and more.
You can switch, upgrade or scale our membership anytime by visiting our Pricing page.
🙋🏻 What’s the next step after signing up?
Once you’re in, you get an empty edu page template to fill in and start selling to your clients instantly.
For easy start we recommend :
- linking your preferred payment/payout method,
- linking the virtual meetings tool or classroom of your choice, and
- listing your offer and services (class packages, groups, courses etc. depending on what you offer).
Once set you can share your edu page with your clients and prospects instantly.
For more detailed setup you get access to our Training Center and an invitation to schedule a quick 1-1 onboarding call for prompt hands-on support with us, as well as to RSVP to our regular live newbie demo walkthrough.
We also recommend watching our Five-Minute Friday videos here, as they cover all SuperTeacher features in an easy-to-follow format.
🙋🏽♂️ Are my students able to see my calendar on my page in order to book sessions?
Yes, of course! Your learners can see your schedule and availability in their local time zone.
You can open, edit and close slots any time and as much in advance as you wish.
Your learners can book sessions up until 30 minutes before start time.
Both your learners and you can cancel the session 24 hours in advance and reschedule it no later than 8 hours in advance. You can enforce your own terms and conditions and policies on top of this default flow.
🙋♀️ Do I have to create invoices for my students?
No, the payment process is automated for both you and your students.
To start selling you only need to link your preferred payment and payout method, list your services and prices, link the virtual meetings tool of your choice, and you are good to go! To learn how to do that, check out our Five-Minute Friday video bites.
🙋🏻 What types of services can I list on my edu page?
You can sell 1-1 sessions, one-off or ongoing groups, webinar events, class packages, subscription programs, self-paced and hybrid courses and other digital products.
🙋🏽♂️ Does SuperTeacher keep track of how many sessions have been used in packages?
Yes, our tracking system is integrated into every user’s profile automatically.
After purchasing a class package, both you and your learners will have live preview of each package price,
number of credits included, as well as used and remaining credits and their expiration date (if set).
🙋♀️ How do you handle the possibility of students not paying or not paying on time?
Your students pay for your products and services in advance. ✅
They can pay as they go, pick a package you offer or subscribe to one of your weekly or monthly subscription programs.
🙋🏻 Can I share preview materials with my learners on SuperTeacher?
Yes, SuperTeacher has its own file-sharing system.
You can share direct links to your files within our Lesson Feedback form, or build your own Resource Library
for even easier file sharing and management and scaling your offer.

🙋♀️ What is your cancellation and refund policy?
By default, students can cancel classes at least 24 hours in advance. They may reschedule live sessions up to 8 hours before the start time unless you enforce your own policy. You can cancel sessions at any time, and session credits are refunded automatically to your student’s account. You may also issue monetary refunds via Stripe at your discretion, for example due to technical issues or lateness. SuperTeacher facilitates this process but does not guarantee service delivery – that responsibility remains with you as an independent educator.
🙋♂️ How can my students contact me?
Your students can contact you directly via SuperTeacher simple messaging system. Whenever you and your students receive a message, you also get email notifications so that you can reply in a timely manner.
🙋♀️ Who handles disputes or complaints?
SuperTeacher provides first-level support by offering video and pdf guides, user manual and a Help Centre. If an issue cannot be resolved directly, upon your request SuperTeacher may assist in coordination and escalate unresolved disputes through Stripe dispute resolution when applicable.
🙋🏽♂️ How do I get my earnings once the learner pays for my services?
You can link your Stripe account for automated payment processing. If you are not eligible for either of them, we recommend and support linking Wise and Payoneer as great alternatives, or direct bank accounts if you are US-based.
Stripe payouts are automated, while Wise, Payoneer and bank payouts need you to initiate them manually from your SuperTeacher portal.
No matter the payout method, your earnings are processed within 2-3 business days (weekends excluded as per Stripe’s Policies).
🙋♀️ How do my clients book sessions with me?
Very easily – you just need to share your unique URL – upon opening it, your clients see all your products and services, pick the one they want to purchase and sign up while checking out to pay. Check out your students’ onboarding flow here.
SuperTeacher lets you know whenever you have a new sale, booking, cancellation, rescheduling, upcoming meetings, and it also notifies your clients of all changes in the process.
🙋♀️ How many packages, courses and services can I list for sale?
On our Starter plan you can sell unlimited 1:1 packages, create coupons for self-marketing and onboard unlimited clients.
In addition to that, on our Growth plan you get access to our groups builder and courses / digital products builder and sell unlimited groups and products.
