Subscription Management

SuperTeacher may be offered as a paid subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes in advance.

Subscriptions are self-managed by users through their account dashboard. Users may cancel their subscription at any time using the cancellation link available in their account. If a user experiences difficulty canceling through the dashboard, they may contact support for assistance.

Failure to cancel a subscription in a timely manner does not exempt the user from applicable charges. Subscription fees are billed in advance and remain due once a billing period has begun.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for partial use, non-use, failure to cancel a subscription, or lack of activity on the app. Charges incurred prior to cancellation remain payable.

Once the subscription expires, and if you decide to subscribe again, the current subscription plans apply.
